Dr. Paschal Emelue is a highly skilled psychiatrist dedicated to exceptional, evidence-based mental health care. A graduate of the University of Benin (2007), he completed his Psychiatry residency at Meharry Medical College in 2023, bringing nearly two decades of clinical expertise to every patient encounter.
Licensed across multiple states, Dr. Emelue specializes in comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, precise diagnosis, and personalized treatment planning — seamlessly integrating psychopharmacology with therapeutic support to address the full spectrum of biological, psychological, and social factors in mental health.
A passionate advocate for reducing mental health stigma, he champions open communication, shared decision-making, and community partnerships that expand access to quality psychiatric care.

Jemimah is a board-certified Physician Assistant passionate about compassionate, evidence-based, patient-centered care. She graduated from the Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and completed her doctorate degree from Butler University. She also holds a Master of Science in Public Health from Brunel University, UK.
With a diverse background spanning clinical medicine, medical research, and laboratory science, Jemimah has gained experience working in Urgent care and Cardiology specialties. She has co-authored peer-reviewed publications in the Journal of Bioelectrochemistry.
Outside the clinic, Jemimah enjoys traveling with her family and unwinding with friends over a good board game — a reminder that connection is at the heart of everything she does.
