Dr. Paschal Emelue is a highly skilled psychiatrist dedicated to exceptional, evidence-based mental health care. A graduate of the University of Benin (2007), he completed his Psychiatry residency at Meharry Medical College in 2023, bringing nearly two decades of clinical expertise to every patient encounter.
Licensed across multiple states, Dr. Emelue specializes in comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, precise diagnosis, and personalized treatment planning — seamlessly integrating psychopharmacology with therapeutic support to address the full spectrum of biological, psychological, and social factors in mental health.

Jemimah is a board-certified Physician Associate passionate about compassionate, evidence-based, patient-centered care. She holds a Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, a Doctor of Medical Science from Butler University, and a Master of Science in Public Health from Brunel University, UK.
With a diverse background spanning clinical medicine, medical research, and laboratory science, Jemimah has served at respected institutions including Procare Odessa Heart Institute, Vital Care Urgent Care, UT MD Anderson Cancer Center, and Baylor Genetics Laboratory. She is also a co-author of peer-reviewed publications in the Journal of Bioelectrochemistry.
